Muster Ceremony and Dinner
The Midland Club tends to hold the Permian Basin area's only Muster Ceremony and we welcome any and all Aggies from in-town or away from home who would care to join us in remembering our fallen comrades and reliving some of the good times we had while at school.
Annual Golf Tournament
Another one of our major fundraisers is the Annual Golf Tournament. Usually held on a weekend in August or September, it is a Four-Man Scramble format and is a lot of fun to play whether you are the "A" Player or the "D" player. Especially if you are the "D" Player. Keep checking back with the site to look for developing information. As with any other of our club function we are always looking for help with sponsorships and/or volunteers.
The 2008 Golf Tournament is scheduled for Friday, August 15, 2008 at Nueva Vista Golf Club. The scramble format of the tournament will be the same as last year. Lunch and registration will be from 11:30 – 12:30. Shotgun start at 1:00 PM.
Entry fee for a four member team is $240.00. Please print and complete the attached entry form for each foursome and return it with your check to the Midland A&M Club no later than Monday, August 11, 2008. If you have trouble getting a team together, just send in your entry form and we will make sure you get on a team. We will announce the tournament winners and hand out door prizes immediately following the tournament.
